Macaroni and Cheese Baby Version
Last week, we went to our baby's doctor and he told us that he is at the lower percentile for weight compared to most babies. But he clarified that he is using the American chart so he also needs to take into consideration his race and genetic makeup. I myself was a skinny baby but I am perfectly fine and healthy so we weren't so worried about it. But then, I also have to think of ways to at least increase his food intake since I don't want him to stay in that category.
Before going to his pediatrician, I was only feeding him ready made over-the-counter foods. And most of the time, he doesn't finish it. Maybe that's why he is so light. So I experimented on some food that I think my baby would like. True enough, he ate it more than the ready to eat foods.
This is my baby version of Mac and Cheese
